I feel incredibly fortunate to have found a way to merge two of my greatest passions into my everyday life. The unique blend of professional photography and amateur golf has led me to create everardo.golf and also as the “Mr” in “Mr & Mrs Golf” This fusion not only defines my career but also shapes my identity and the way I interact with the world around me.

My journey in photography began with a simple love for capturing moments. Over the years, that passion evolved into a full-fledged career. For a decade, I had the honor of serving as the Official Photographer for the Phoenix Open, one of the most prestigious events on the PGA Tour. This experience allowed me to hone my skills in a fast-paced environment, where every shot counted. I learned to anticipate the action, capture the energy of the crowd, and immortalize the players’ most unforgettable moments. It was exhilarating to be behind the lens during such an iconic event, and the memories I made there continue to inspire my work.

Simultaneously, I was busy building my own photography studio and assembling a talented team of commercial and personal photographers at Photo Fusion Studio in Phoenix, AZ. This endeavor was fueled by my desire to help others tell their stories through images, whether that meant capturing a wedding day, a family milestone, or a corporate event. Every project provided a new challenge and an opportunity to push my creative boundaries, allowing me to grow both personally and professionally.

Interestingly, my relationship with golf has undergone a remarkable transformation. Believe it or not, I used to dislike the sport. However, my perspective shifted dramatically when I immersed myself in the world of golf. I became a certified club-fitter and club builder, delving deep into the mechanics and nuances of the sport. This newfound knowledge ignited a passion for golf that I never anticipated.

As I explored the intricacies of club fitting and equipment performance, I also took on the role of an equipment reviewer and golf writer at The Sand Trap, MyGolfSpy and others. This combination of roles allowed me to share my insights with others and engage with a community of golf enthusiasts. Writing about golf not only expanded my understanding of the game but also enabled me to connect with fellow players who share the same enthusiasm. Through my articles, I aim to demystify the sport for those who might be intimidated by it and encourage others to experience the joy of playing.

Today, my life is a harmonious blend of photography and golf. I cherish the moments spent on the course as much as those spent behind the camera. Whether I’m capturing stunning images of a golfer in action or sharing my latest insights on equipment, I am continuously inspired by the beauty and intricacies of both fields.
